This location was convenient and unbeatable, near a convenient store across the street, the hectic nature of Pigeon Forge and area attractions, shopping, dining, and the interstate. Extremely helpful staff explained where we were staying. The room was pet-friendly, modern with a clean bathroom.

Although everything was good, some of the staff were disappointing.

Had 2 days in Kodak, spending our time here really good. Loved the lovely looking and pet-friendly room with a balcony. Everyone working at this recently refurbished and pretty hotel was excellent. The property's location was good and absolutely perfect on the area it was sprayed. And we were right by Close to restaurants, and Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.

The room was brand-new & large with balcony, clean towels and other finishes. Everything seemed awesome, clean.

Generous sized, fully-equipped units provided with other finishes, 3 pillows on a king size bed, a king size bed. Amiable and excellent staff, unbeatable location on the parks parked below.

Came here for weekend, had perfect 2 days overall. The room was nice looking and pet-friendly with it's own balcony and a couch, particularly nice views. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom here was clean.

The room was updated and large had all we needed, it was complete with a balcony, great breakfast plus the refrigerator.

As for me location is great, next to the hectic nature of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and Knoxville and Pigeon Forge and the parks parked below.

The location is excellent and favourable, it's adjacent to the parkway, the public areas, and a restaurant. There is nearby Wendy's to grab some food for the dinner.

The room I booked was not kept clean and available with 2 beds. It was reasonably large and had a balcony and a couch. The location was particularly good and perfect, on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge, in the very nice area.

I booked updated and spotless room with fresh towels and a balcony, for example. Everything was very convenient, I really enjoyed that. The service was excellent and the location was great and comfortable.

The venue has updated rooms with balcony and shower and coffee bags and pleasant staff.

Views are very very bad.

Stayed here for 2 nights over Christmas and had a great experience! The hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of delicious hot food, pastries, and fruit. The location was convenient, close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Plus, the 24-hour pool, firepit, and gym were a bonus!

While overall we had a good stay, there were a couple of issues. We also found the indoor pool to be not as warm as we expected.

Its location is unbeatable, close enough to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge.
